Portuguese Camino De Santiago – It´s A Tale of Two Countries

A friend of mine asked me “What are you most looking forward to on the Wild Camino Journeys, Sam?”

My answer was “Everything” with a giggle.

“It´s the Camino de Santiago!”

“I´ll be following the yellow arrows through stunning Camino countryside, meeting new people, eating good food, sharing stories and having the time of my life – all under the glorious Spanish sun”.

My idea of heaven, my friend. What more could a girl ask for 🙂

Most of all, I´m looking forward to spending time in Spain.  Spain was my adopted home country for seven years until I moved to Porto last summer.

Don´t get me wrong – I love Porto.  Portugal has become another home country  (yes – I seem to be collecting home countries) yet returning to Spain will feel like going home.

That´s why I am so happy that I chose the Portuguese route for our Wild Camino Journeys.  To give you the opportunity to experience two cultures and countries in one trip.

If you join us, you´ll have the amazing experience of crossing the international bridge over the Rio Minho from Valenca, Portugal into Tui, Spain (see the picture above).  It´s a tale of two cities, two countries and two cultures.

One of the reasons why I love the Portuguese Camino de Santiago.

So, the Camino is calling, my friend.  Come join me on the Portuguese Camino de Santiago to experience two different countries and cultures with me.  We´ll wander the Way together.

If you want to join me on a seven day Wild Camino Journey, you can check out our page at Wild Camino Journeys or click the link below for full details.

Places are filling up so we recommend that you reserve your spot as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
